Role Overview:

We are hiring a Content Writer to create clear, engaging, and well-researched content around real estate, RERA regulations, property insights, market trends, and ReraTrackers platform features. The ideal candidate should be able to understand product, data, and regulatory information and explain it in a simple, user-friendly way.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write content for websites, blogs, reports, social media, emails, newsletters, and campaigns.
• Create SEO-friendly content around real estate, RERA updates, buyer education, and market insights.
• Simplify technical, product, and data-related information for non-technical audiences.
• Conduct research using official sources, industry reports, regulatory websites, and internal data.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, research, and business teams.
• Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency.

Qualifications:

• 25 years of experience in content writing, technical writing, or a similar role.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and research skills.
• Ability to simplify complex information.
• Basic understanding of SEO and content optimization.
• Interest in real estate, proptech, data platforms, or regulatory information is preferred.
• Familiarity with WordPress, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or similar tools.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience writing for real estate, proptech, fintech, SaaS, or technology businesses.
• Ability to write both educational and marketing content.
• Comfort with dashboards, reports, product notes, or data summaries.
