We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Proposal / Content Writer with expertise in creating compelling business proposals and client-centric content within the BPO domain.

Key Skills Required:

Strong business & proposal writing skills

Excellent command of English

Experience with RFP/RFI/RFQ responses

Understanding of F&A, HR, Supply Chain & Business Processes

Expertise in creating persuasive, structured proposals

Strong MS Word & PowerPoint skills

Ability to work under tight deadlines

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze client requirements and proposal guidelines

Develop high-quality proposal content, executive summaries & solution descriptions

Collaborate with sales, pre-sales, and delivery teams

Create customer-focused and industry-aligned responses

Ensure compliance, consistency, and strong branding across proposals

Maintain proposal content libraries and reusable assets

Continuously improve proposal quality through feedback analysis

Ideal candidate should have excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to translate complex business information into impactful content.
