Job Description
About the Role
We are looking for a creative and strategic Content Writer to join our marketing team in Bangalore. You will own messaging across WhatsApp campaigns and conversational flows crafting content that is punchy, on-brand, and built for how people communicate today to improve engagement.
What You Will Do
- Write and optimise WhatsApp marketing messages Broadcast campaigns, promotional texts, and conversational sequences that drive action and engagement.
- Build messaging across the full funnel From awareness nudges to re-engagement flows short-form copy with clear intent and measurable outcomes.
- Collaborate with teams Work closely with designers and growth teams to align copy with visual and UX context for maximum impact.
- Test, learn, and iterate Run A/B tests on CTAs and message formats; use performance data to continuously improve results.
- Maintain a content calendar Plan and deliver messaging aligned with campaigns, product launches, and seasonal moments.
Requirements
Must-Haves
- 35 years of content writing experience
- Strong grasp of short-form, message-style writing
- Familiarity with marketing/ AI tools
- Excellent command of English; Hindi is a plus
- Portfolio showing campaigns or messaging work
Good to Have
- Experience with WhatsApp Business API platforms
- Background in D2C brands, education will be a plus
- Ability to localise content for Indian audiences/ different regions
- Experience in cross-functional team environments
