Content Strategist

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Strategist who has hands-on experience working in a digital marketing agency and managing clients across multiple industries. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling diverse niches such as Food & Restaurants, IT/Tech, Lifestyle, and more, while delivering performance-driven and aesthetically strong social media strategies.

• Develop and execute end-to-end social media strategies for multiple clients across different industries
• Create monthly content calendars aligned with brand tone, trends, and marketing goals
• Ideate and oversee high-quality content including reels, carousels, and static posts
• Write engaging captions, hooks, and scripts tailored for different niches
• Manage and grow brand presence on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn
• Coordinate with designers, video editors, and performance marketers for seamless execution
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize strategies based on insights
• Stay updated with latest trends, audio, and platform updates
• Handle client communication and present strategies/reports professionally

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a digital marketing agency
• Proven experience in handling multiple clients across different niches (Food, Restaurants, IT, etc.)
• Strong understanding of content strategy, audience behavior, and social media trends
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines efficiently
• Basic understanding of performance marketing (Meta Ads) is a plus
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Creative mindset with a strong eye for aesthetic and minimal content

• Experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, Trello, Google Analytics
• Understanding of influencer marketing collaborations
• Knowledge of branding and storytelling techniques
