Role Overview

Were looking for a Content Specialist who can directly manage and optimize digital channels Google Ads, LinkedIn, SEO, and CMS while building impactful sales enablement content. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys blending creativity with analytics and wants to make a measurable impact on both marketing and sales outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Google Ads: Create, manage, and optimize campaigns to drive qualified leads.
  • LinkedIn: Develop organic and paid campaigns, craft thought leadership content, and leverage Boolean search for targeted outreach.
  • SEO: Conduct keyword research, optimize content for search intent, and track performance to improve rankings.
  • CMS Management: Publish and maintain website and landing page content, ensuring consistency and conversion optimization.
  • Sales Enablement: Build collateral such as one-pagers, presentations, and playbooks to support the sales team across buyer stages.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads and LinkedIn campaign management.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and CMS platforms (WordPress, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Excellent writing and storytelling skills tailored to B2B audiences.
  • Familiarity with Boolean search techniques for LinkedIn prospecting.
  • Ability to create sales enablement materials that align with marketing strategy.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or HubSpot.
