About the role : We are looking to hire a writer who is curious, creative, and deeply interested in internet culture, trends, and storytelling. Someone who enjoys breaking down topics into engaging, easy-to-consume content for digital audiences. Sounds like you? Read along!
Role type: Full-time.
In-office Location: Hebbal, Bengaluru.
Experience: 2-4 years in content/writing.
Project Brief : We are looking for a writer who can think and write in Hindi and English. You will be writing learning content across themes like AI tools, finance, tech news, Business & Marketing and more.
You should apply if -
You have previously created content for Instagram and/or YouTube, either for yourself or another creator. This is mandatory.
You understand what content formats and creator IPs are, and how they help build audience retention and recall.
You can come up with strong hooks for scripts- both visual and verbal, that instantly capture attention.
You are comfortable with feedback loops, script revisions, and collaborating with brand managers or creative teams.
You are curious about creator-led content and are willing to actively research and understand how successful creator IPs are built.
This role is NOT for you if:
Your experience is limited to SEO/blog writing only.
You struggle with revisions or collaborative feedback.
Clear communication isnt your strong suit.

Please note: There will be a mandatory format-thinking test as part of the hiring process. Youll be given a content format and asked to creatively adapt it across 23 completely different topics or categories. The idea is to understand how you think, simplify, and make content engaging across formats.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Take ownership of the page growth end-to-end - from content strategy and scripting to page management, performance tracking, and creative coordination.
Develop engaging content formats and scripts that align with the pages tone, storytelling style, and audience interests.
Ensure high-quality output by maintaining strong first-draft approvals and quickly adapting based on feedback.
Define the creative direction for the page, including content pillars, recurring formats, storytelling approach, and overall voice.
Work closely with teams across production, strategy, editing, sound design, and other creative pods to ensure smooth execution.
Stay updated with workplace trends, internet conversations, industry news, audience behavior, and competitor content to keep ideas fresh, relevant, and highly engaging.
Some of the Key words you should know :
IP - An Instagram or YouTube channel managed by us for a brand. This could be a new channel started from scratch or an existing brand channel. Our goal is to make the brand feel relevant, relatable, and creator-led through informative and entertaining content.
Pod - A small creative team assigned to one or two channels. A pod usually includes a Content Lead and a Creative Engineer that youll work closely with.
