What youll work on:

Planning Instagram content (reels, hooks, ideas)

Creating content calendars and shoot briefs

Supporting content for multiple clients

Understanding what works and why

This role is NOT:

Just posting and scheduling

A fully structured 95 job

For someone who needs constant instructions

What were looking for:

6 months 1 year experience (internships count)

Basic understanding of Instagram reels

Someone who can think in content ideas (not just captions)

Willingness to learn fast and take ownership

Based in Bangalore / open to relocate

Compensation:

25,000 35,000/month
