About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Training Content Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-quality learning content for our operations team. This role requires strong writing, editing, and collaboration skills to ensure training materials are accurate, engaging, and aligned with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and publish training content using KMS/LMS platforms
• Review and edit materials to ensure alignment with learning objectives
• Design learner-focused curriculum and skill-based training modules
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for content validation
• Maintain documentation version control and content accuracy
• Update and enhance existing learning materials for relevance
• Create templates and recommend tools to improve documentation quality
• Collect feedback from stakeholders and implement improvements
• Support process improvements in knowledge management and training delivery
• Generate monthly content quality reports

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in content development (preferably in contact center/training environment)

Required Skills

• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
• Familiarity with adult learning principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Articulate, and content development tools
• Experience with KMS/LMS platforms
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams

Preferred Skills

• Experience in developing training for customer service, sales, or technology domains
• Exposure to utility/telecom industry
• Understanding of business operations and learning frameworks
