About the Role

Budha College is starting Indias first-ever government-approved Bachelors Degree Program in Content Creation.

Were looking for someone who can help build this program. This role is for someone who understands content creation practically and can help students learn by actually creating videos, scripts, reels, podcasts, campaigns, and portfolios.

The goal is simple: students should not just study content creation. They should become confident creators.

What Youll Do

• Lead the Content Creation degree program
• Teach the main content creation classes
• Build practical class plans and assignments
• Train students in storytelling, scripting, shooting, editing, publishing, and content strategy
• Guide students in making reels, YouTube videos, podcasts, interviews, and brand content
• Review student scripts, shoots, edits, thumbnails, captions, and portfolios
• Make sure students create content every week
• Plan student projects, showcases, and portfolio reviews
• Coordinate with the Generative AI Faculty to bring AI into content projects
• Bring guest creators, mentors, and industry people for workshops
• Help students understand the creator economy, personal branding, audience building, and monetization
• Maintain the quality, direction, and output of the full program

What Were Looking For

• Strong practical understanding of content creation
• Good knowledge of short-form and long-form content
• Ability to teach storytelling, scripting, shooting, editing, and strategy
• Good taste in content, visuals, hooks, and storytelling
• Someone who has created content themselves or worked closely with creators, brands, agencies, or media teams
• Ability to explain things in simple words
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage students, projects, and faculty coordination
• Project-based teaching style
• Proof of work matters more than degrees

• Have grown your own page or YouTube channel
• Have worked with creators, brands, agencies, or production teams
• Understand Instagram, YouTube, podcasts, and creator-led businesses
• Have experience in mentoring students or young creators
• Know basic camera, lighting, audio, editing, and thumbnail workflows
• Can bring industry connections, guest mentors, or live projects
• Believe content creation should be taught practically, not just theoretically
