Hiring: Associate Content Lead | Instructional Design
Are you passionate about creating engaging learning experiences and impactful content? Were looking for an experienced Instructional Designer / Content Lead to join our team at NIIT!
Location: Hyderabad
Duration: 6-Month Contract
Shift: Rotational Shift
What youll do:
Design and develop interactive e-learning content (ILT, self-paced, simulations)
Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to build high-quality learning solutions
Create engaging modules, assessments, and real-world use cases
Ensure content quality, learner engagement, and timely delivery
What were looking for:
46 years of experience in Instructional Design / eLearning
Hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline, Rise, or Adobe Captivate
Strong understanding of instructional design principles
Experience working with global stakeholders is a plus
