The Mission

• Narrative Excellence: Transform raw footage into high-value video assets for LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Platform Mastery: Execute seamless edits across various formatsfrom polished long-form interviews to high-retention vertical reels/shorts.
• Visual Branding: Maintain a consistent "quiet luxury" aesthetic across all deliverablesclean typography, sophisticated color grading, and intentional pacing.
• Strategic Hooking: Use motion graphics, captions, and sound design to optimize for watch time and engagement.
• End-to-End Ownership: Manage the full post-production workflow, including file organization, rough cuts, revisions, and final rendering.

Your Toolkit

• Technical Stack: Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Design Eye: A strong pulse on current design trends. You know the difference between "cluttered" and "minimalist-chic."
• Audio/Visual IQ: Skill in sound leveling, choosing the right B-track, and color correction to ensure every frame looks premium.
• Efficiency: Ability to work within a modern startup workflow (Slack/Asana) and meet deadlines without sacrificing quality.
