What Youll Do

• Own the voice of the community

Be the go-to person for users, from solving problems to building meaningful relationships that keep them coming back.

• Scale regional communities (Hindi, Punjabi, Gujarati, Marathi, Tamil)

Drive growth by empowering matchmakers, creators, and moderators, the backbone of our ecosystem.

• Turn users into creators & leaders

Identify, nurture, and grow micro-influencers within the app who drive matchmaking, virtual gifting, and live interactions.

• Monetise and upskill the ecosystem

Design and execute strategies that help creators earn, grow, and stay engaged long-term.

• Work at the intersection of product & community

Collaborate with product teams to launch and optimise features that improve engagement, retention, and revenue.

• Stay ahead of culture & trends

From regional content to viral formats, youll spot whats next and bring it into the app before anyone else.

• Build safe, engaging spaces

Manage and support multiple language communities to ensure they remain positive, inclusive, and interactive.

What Were Looking For

• 1+ year experience in community, operations, or campaign management, especially with regional audiences
• Strong understanding of any of these languages and cultures: Hindi, Punjabi, Gujarati, Marathi, Tamil
• Natural ability to connect with people and build trust at scale
• Hands-on experience with creators, influencers, or user-generated content ecosystems
• Comfortable with data, you can track whats working and double down on it
• High ownership, you dont wait for instructions, you make things happen
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

The FRND team operates six days a week, with every 1st and 3rd Saturday working.
