Job DescriptionPosition Overview: As a Java Spring Boot Microservices Developer at MercedesBenz, the candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining highperformance and scalable applications. The role requires collaboration with crossfunctional teams, ensuring smooth integration of internal and customer-facing products, and following best development practices.Responsibilities:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements.Design, develop, and maintain Java Spring Boot applications.Write clean, welldocumented, maintainable code.Develop front-end interfaces using Angular / Vue.js / Pinia.Work with PostgreSQL ensuring data integrity and performance optimization.Deploy and manage applications using Kubernetes on Azure.Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve performance issues.Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.49 years of hands-on experience in Java Spring Boot.Strong understanding of design principles, data structures, and algorithms.Experience with PostgreSQL and SQL queries.Familiarity with Kubernetes and containerization.Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred).Strong problemsolving and teamwork skills.Excellent communication skills.Preferred Skills:Microservices and API developmentDevOps / CICD exposureFront-end: Angular, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Vue.js, PiniaSpring MVC, HibernateAzure / AWS knowledgeGitLab / ADO pipelines
