The Opportunity

We are looking for highly driven individuals who want to build a career in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Consulting, or HR.

As a Talent Acquisition Consultant Intern, you will work directly on live hiring mandates for some of India's fastest-growing startups. You'll learn how to identify top talent, engage candidates, understand business needs, and influence hiring decisions.

This is not a back-office HR role. It is a high-impact consulting role where you'll interact with founders, hiring managers, and experienced professionals from day one.

What You'll Do

• Partner with founders and TA teams to work on startup hiring mandates.
• Understand business requirements and create talent sourcing strategies.
• Identify and engage top candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and market mapping.
• Conduct initial candidate assessments and screening conversations.
• Coordinate interview processes and manage candidate experience.
• Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Track recruitment metrics and maintain ATS records.
• Conduct market intelligence and competitor hiring research.
• Support clients in scaling teams across Engineering, Product, AI, Sales, Operations, and Leadership functions.
• Building and driving a talent community
