Your work profile- Develop and maintain robust Python scripts and automation solutions for operational and business requirements.Provide L2-level DevOps/SRE support for production and non-production environments.Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, deployment, user-access, and application-related issues.Handle incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and preventive maintenance activities.Work closely with cross-functional teams to support cloud-native applications hosted on AWS.Design, deploy, and manage AWS services and infrastructure components.Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.Monitor system performance, reliability, and availability across environments.Support report-related fixes, deployment validation, and operational health checks.Manage IAM roles, policies, and access controls within AWS environments.Contribute to infrastructure automation using CloudFormation and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) practices.Support containerized workloads running on ECS/EKS platforms.Collaborate with development teams for release management and deployment activities.Participate in on-call support rotations and production issue handling.Ensure compliance with security, governance, and operational standards.Work with Veeva platform integrations and support activities when required. Key skills required: Strong hands-on experience in Python scripting and automation.Solid exposure to AWS cloud services, including:AWS KendraAWS BedrockAWS LambdaIAMS3API GatewayCloudFormationVPCECSEKSEFS Experience: 6-9 years Languages : Python Technology Experience in DevOps/SRE support and production environment management.Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.Experience with Linux/Unix environments and shell scripting.Understanding of infrastructure monitoring and logging tools.Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies.
