Construction Supervisor

Education: Diploma in Civil Engineering or any other degree/ lesser qualification , who are good in site supervision is also ok (dont consider- BE in Civil)

Exp: 2-4 years in construction of residential apartments in Bangalore(candidate should have worked for atleast G+4 floors residential projects )

Gender: Male

Salary: upto 35 K per month

• Construction Supervision: Overseeing RCC work, shuttering, reinforcement, and finishing tasks like painting, tiling, and waterproofing.
• Safety Enforcement: Implementing health and safety regulations, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with standards.
• Coordination & Planning: Organizing work schedules for subcontractors and tradespeople to meet deadlines.
• Quality Control & Reporting: Inspecting work for quality, maintaining daily progress reports (DPR), and monitoring material usage.
• Resource Management: Managing onsite labor, materials, and machinery, often acting as the link between contractors, architects, and management.
