Ground-Mounted Solar PV Projects (~7 MW per site) | Madhya Pradesh

Solar site professional with 4+ years of experience in ground-mounted solar PV project execution, specializing in civil, mechanical, and electrical installation supervision. Experienced in managing site activities, coordinating contractors, and ensuring projects are executed as per approved drawings, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction and installation activities at solar PV project sites.
• Monitor civil works including site clearing, leveling, and MMS foundation works (pile/raft).
• Oversee Module Mounting Structure (MMS) erection and solar module installation ensuring proper alignment, tilt, and torque tightening.
• Supervise DC and AC cable laying, inverter installation, earthing, and lightning protection systems.
• Manage site manpower, subcontractors, and daily task allocation to ensure productivity.
• Coordinate material availability and site logistics with store and project teams.
• Ensure strict safety compliance and PPE usage across all site activities.
• Maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPR) and coordinate with Site Engineers, Quality Engineers, and Project Managers to resolve site issues.

Project Exposure

• Ground-mounted solar PV plants (~7 MW per site) under PM-KUSUM solar program.
• Experience in handling multiple project sites and EPC construction activities.
