Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Project Manager located in Bathinda. The Construction Project Manager will oversee project execution from inception to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Responsibilities include coordinating construction activities, managing contractors, preparing and managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality protocols. The role requires leadership in managing project teams, communication with stakeholders, and resolving project-related challenges.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience in construction projects
• Strong expertise in Construction Project Management and Construction Management
• Proficiency in Project Management and Project Coordination
• Experience in Budgeting and financial oversight for construction projects
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (Masters degree is a plus)
• Proficiency in construction project management software and tools
• Deep understanding of safety and regulatory compliance standards
• Proven track record of managing successful projects on time and within budget
