Mission Statement:As a Leader of Construction team, expected to oversee all the construction sites to deliver the expected results in Time, Scope and Quality.

Main Accountabilities

Dimensions

Single Point of Contact (SPOC) Construction Management practices within IEIL- Env Division

Major Actionable:

• Consolidated Revenue Planning at Quarter, half year and Full year level for Construction Coexists with Revenue of Business (Project)
• Fortnightly review of progress in terms of progress positions and facilitate the team to achieve the targets.
• On site construction Cash collectibles and target the achievement through the PMs.
• Construction Review meeting Host includes multi-discipline to record the major obstacles and facilitate for resolution to them either by self-engagement or timely escalations.
• Construction Practices Tools and templates compliances.
• Support to PMs On demand basis to resolve the inter-functional challenges.
• Centralized repository for all the construction management related documents.
• On site establishment, Support structure on time, Utilization, Mobilization and demobilization plans.
• SPOC Construction contractors, and developing standard practices including HSE
• On time Delivery (At Site), Effective utilization of Resources including Man, Machine, Material. Capex management.

Compliance, Reporting & Training

• Adherence to Project management Tools & Tackle Usage, Compliance to MOS requirement defined applicable for Construction phase
• Bad News First Good News later Strictly to be adhered to ensure the transparency available thru the internal organization.
• Weekly reporting Target Vs Actual, and Mitigation Plans to recover the failure of progress
• Project construction report.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• Strong familiarity with construction management tools, methodologies, and best practices of Microsoft office
• Understanding legal/contractual documentation of contract (BG)
• Effective communication skill for internal stakeholder as well customer
• Ability to work under pressure in critical environments for sustained periods
• Financial Acumen
