Connectivity & Transmission

5+ years of relevant work experience in Indias Connectivity and GNA framework, a strong understanding of ISTS/CTU processes, and the ability to strategically assess transmission availability for renewable energy projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. Connectivity & GNA Management

Lead the preparation, submission, and tracking of Connectivity and GNA applications with CTU.

2.Transmission Availability Assessment

Assess ISTS substations, available capacities, and injection feasibility based on CTU planning data.

Analyze transmission expansion plans, NCT decisions, and future augmentation opportunities.

3. Strategic Transmission Planning

Develop forward-looking strategies to secure Connectivity and GNA in high-potential renewable zones.

Track upcoming pooling stations, REZ developments, and new ISTS corridors.

Regulatory & Policy Tracking

Monitor CERC, MNRE, and CEA regulations related to Connectivity, GNA, ISTS charges, and grid policies.

Interpret regulatory updates and prepare concise impact assessments for leadership.

Track NCT deliberations and CTU planning notes to stay ahead of industry developments.
