At Plenum, teachers are expected to:

• Deliver engaging lessons aligned with Cambridge standards and school academic plans
• Submit lesson plans on time (90%) and track student progress through fair assessments and timely feedback
• Act as mentors in discipline, values, and life skills, modeling Plenums SCORE values (Standards, Coach, Ownership, Respect, Evolve)
• Contribute to hostel supervision, student activities, and pastoral care in a boarding school environment
• Embrace professional development, English immersion, and technology adoption
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and leadership to support student growth

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Computer Science; B.Ed preferred
• Strong English communication (training support available)
• Proficiency with technology and willingness to use smart classrooms
• Boarding school experience is a plus
• Relevant expertise in subject area experience with coding, programming, or digital tools strongly valued

• Salary Range: 40K 50K per month
