Key Responsibilities
* Conduct compliance testing and monitoring as per RBI guidelines and internal policies.
* Review KYC/AML, lending, operational, and process compliance controls.
* Identify gaps, document observations, and track remediation.
* Prepare compliance reports and maintain testing documentation.
* Coordinate with business and audit teams during reviews.
Required Skills
* Knowledge of RBI regulations and NBFC compliance requirements.
* Experience in compliance testing, internal audit, or risk/control testing.
* Good analytical, reporting, and Excel skills.
* Strong communication and documentation abilities
