Hiring: Statutory Compliance & Labour Compliance Executive

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 2+ Years

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional with experience in Statutory Compliance and Labour Compliance to join our team in Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws and statutory regulations.

Manage PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Gratuity, Bonus, and other statutory filings.

Maintain statutory registers, records, and documentation.

Coordinate with government authorities and external consultants for compliance matters.

Handle labour law audits, inspections, and compliance reviews.

Monitor changes in labour legislation and ensure timely implementation.

Support payroll compliance and employee-related statutory processes.

Prepare and submit periodic compliance reports to management.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in Statutory Compliance and Labour Compliance.

Strong knowledge of labour laws, PF, ESI, Shops & Establishment Act, CLRA, and related statutory requirements.

Experience in handling audits and statutory inspections.

Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel and compliance management processes.
