Expert-level proficiency in Commvault including custom job scripting, deduplication, and cloud connector configurations

Deep knowledge of SAN/NAS technologies, including zoning, LUN masking, multipathing, and storage tiering

Mastery of RAID levels, performance tuning, and predictive failure analysis

Strong experience in NFS configuration, client behavior analysis, and integration with heterogeneous environments

Advanced understanding of Active Directory, DNS, LDAP, and Kerberos

Scripting capabilities in PowerShell, Shell, or Python for automation and diagnostics

Knowledge of enterprise monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Zabbix, Manage engine) and ITSM frameworks

Ability to handle escalations and drive mission-critical resolutions

Should have a good knowledge on Acronis Backups tool.

Should have a good knowledge on QNAP Storage

Should have good English articulation skills and interpersonal skills

Should be able to create SOPs, DLD documents and keep work organized (Must to have)

Should be well versed with ITIL Best practices.

Should be flexible enough to work from office for all 5 days in a week.

Should have proactive approach in identifying SIPs and suggest improvement ideas to management.

Should have good understanding on Auditing work within Backups and what Auditors look at for in Backup reports.
