Compensation: Up to 35,000/month (based on experience, credentials and skills)

About the Role

We're looking for someone to be the human face of Thraya the person parents call with a question, the person planning our next community workshop, and the person who makes sure the story of what happens on our campus every day reaches the families who'd love it here. This role sits at the intersection of community building, content, partnerships, and parent relations. It's not a desk job you'll be out and about on campus as often as you're at a desk.

What You'll Do

Community, content & partnerships

Run our content calendar day to day, personally capturing real photos and videos of classroom life during the normal course of the school day

Build and maintain collaborations with event spaces, aligned local brands, and creators and represent Thraya

Ideate, organize and host school events, open days, and community meetups

Parent relations & coordination

Be the first point of contact for parent queries, requests, and day-to-day coordination

Coordinate logistics between parents, teachers, and founders as needed

What We're Looking For

A genuinely outgoing, people-first personality. You enjoy meeting new people, striking up conversations, and bringing people into a room, not just working the room you're already in.

Social media fluency. Comfortable planning and posting content, and genuinely aware of what makes something worth watching or saving, not just familiar with the apps.

Excellent, grammatically correct written and spoken English. Being a school, our standards are a benchmark to the children and society this is non-negotiable.

Self-driven and ownership-led. This is an execution-first role. Thraya believes in strong individuals who understand the value of both work and time, and who don't need to be managed to get things done.

Based in or able to commute daily to Gandipet, Hyderabad. This is an on-campus role.

Prior relevant experience is a plus, but personality, communication, and self-drive matter more than a specific rsum.
