Role Overview :
As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for managing our brand communities, engaging with audiences, building relationships with users and creators, and maintaining a strong online presence for the agency and its clients. You will act as the bridge between the brand and the audience while ensuring positive engagement and community growth.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about social media, digital communication, brand engagement, and online community building.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and grow communities across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Telegram, Discord, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms
- Engage with followers through comments, DMs, discussions, and community activities
- Build strong relationships with audiences, creators, influencers, and clients
- Plan and execute community engagement strategies to increase brand loyalty and audience retention
- Monitor audience feedback, trends, and conversations to maintain positive brand sentiment
- Coordinate with Content, Marketing, and Design teams for campaigns and community initiatives
- Create interactive activities including polls, Q&A sessions, contests, and engagement campaigns
- Track community growth metrics, engagement performance, and audience insights
- Handle online reputation management and escalate critical concerns when required
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and audience behavior
Required Skills & Background :
- Strong experience in Community Management and Social Media Handling
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Understanding of Digital Marketing and Audience Engagement Strategies
- Ability to manage multiple platforms and communities simultaneously
- Experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, or similar tools
- Strong creativity, problem-solving, and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment
Preferred Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or related field
- Prior experience in a Digital Marketing Agency, startup, or creator ecosystem preferred
- Knowledge of Influencer Marketing, Brand Building, and Content Strategy is a plus
