Singapore based Women's Wellness related D2C Brand launching in India
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for on-the-ground Community Managers to lead Brand's expansion into India. This is a high-ownership, market-building role; you'll be responsible for growing our presence city by city through community, partnerships, and brand experiences.
You won't just "manage community"- you'll build it from scratch.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Community Building & Growth
* Build and nurture a local community (events, WhatsApp groups, ambassadors, etc.)
* Be the face of Brand in your citydeeply understand your audience
* Create high-touch, real-world interactions that drive word-of-mouth
Events & Activations
* Plan and execute offline events (wellness sessions, workshops, pop-ups)
* Partner with studios, cafs, co-working spaces
* Own the full lifecycle: concept to execution
KOLs, Ambassadors & Partnerships
* Identify and manage local KOLs and micro-influencers
* Build a strong ambassador network
* Develop brand partnerships with aligned businesses
Local Insights & Experimentation
* Bring back ground insights on consumer behavior and messaging
* Test creative growth ideas and collaborations
* Adapt campaigns for India
Driving Growth
* Support product launches through local activations
* Drive conversion through community
* Track and report performance
WHO YOU ARE
* Well experienced in D2C, consumer brand, community, or events
* Strong local network in wellness/lifestyle communities
* Strong executor and relationship builder
* Entrepreneurial mindset and comfortable with ambiguity
Bonus
* Experience in health, wellness, beauty, or lifestyle brands
* Existing KOL or partner network
* Content or social media experience
