About the Role

We are hiring a highly driven Community Manager / Community Lead to help build and run a fast-growing, high-trust community of 15,000+ members. This is a high-ownership role that sits at the intersection of community, events, operations, and founder-led brand building.

A major part of this role involves conceptualizing, planning, and executing high-impact events and experiences for senior decision-makers, including CXOs from large enterprises and multi-billion-dollar companies.

You will work directly with founders and leadership to shape community strategy, build meaningful engagement, and create experiences that strengthen long-term relationships within the ecosystem.


What you will do:

  • Own and grow a thriving community of 15,000+ members
  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of community initiatives and events including roundtables, CXO dinners, workshops, webinars, offsites, and meetups
  • Design event concepts, agendas, attendee experiences, and engagement formats that create high-value interactions
  • Coordinate logistics, speaker management, partnerships, venue operations, and on-ground execution for events
  • Build strong relationships with community members, speakers, partners, and guests
  • Curate engaging experiences that drive participation, retention, and word-of-mouth growth
  • Coordinate with CXOs, industry leaders, founders, and senior stakeholders for events and community initiatives
  • Manage community communications, invitations, follow-ups, and engagement workflows
  • Track community activity, gather feedback, and continuously improve engagement quality
  • Work closely with founders on community strategy, positioning, and execution
  • Support content, campaigns, and other community-led initiatives as needed


What we are looking for:

  • 35 years of experience in community building, community operations, events, partnerships, or a similar role
  • Strong experience in planning and executing professional events and community experiences
  • Proven experience managing or growing professional communities
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Comfortable interacting with CXOs, founders, and senior leadership
  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong ownership mindset and execution capability
  • Experience working with B2B, startup, SaaS, or executive communities is a plus
