About the role

The Community Intern supports the campus team in ground-level execution across events, student engagement, and documentation. This is a structured learning role designed for someone who wants hands-on exposure to community operations and programme delivery in a fast-paced, student-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Support event logistics and on-ground coordination across campus activities
• Assist with student wins collection and record-keeping
• Provide content and communication support for campus programmes and announcements
• Support student club, clan, and competition administration
• Assist with orientation and onboarding activities for new student batches
• Help coordinate peer learning sessions, workshops, and curiosity-building activities
• Carry out any ground-level tasks that support the community team's overall delivery

• Comfortable in a student-facing, on-ground role
• Good communication skills written and verbal
• Proactive and self-motivated; takes initiative without being asked
• Interest in community building, events, or education sector
