Job Description

Install, configure, and maintain IBM Communication Server (ComServ)

environments

 Manage z/OS / TCP/IP networking stack integration (where applicable)

 Ensure standardization across environments (DEV, QA, PROD)

 Maintain high availability and performance tuning

 Perform deep troubleshooting and root cause analysis (RCA)

  Manage patching and upgrades of Communication Server

components

 Perform compatibility validation with OS and application layers

 Plan and execute version upgrades with minimal downtime

 Ensure adherence to enterprise security standards and compliance

policies

 Participate in CIS security reporting / audit readiness

 Address vulnerabilities and implement remediation actions
