Hiring Alert | Collections Representative (US Process)
We are looking for experienced Collections Professionals to join a fast-paced international contact center team.
Role: Collections Representative (Inbound / Outbound US Process)
Experience: 23+ years in Collections (Mandatory)
Shift: US Shifts
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Voice Quality: CEFR C1 Level Preferred
Job Scope:
US-based payment follow-ups and debt collections
Handling delinquency buckets and recovery operations
Third-party / agency-style collections activities
Negotiation of payment plans and settlements
Customer risk assessment and resolution management
End-to-end collections call handling (inbound & outbound)
Important Note:
This role is strictly for Collections professionals only.
Profiles from Accounts Receivable (AR), Order Management, Billing, Cash Applications, or non-collections finance roles will NOT be considered.
Interview Process:
1 HR Screening Call
2 CRT Call & Assessment (SVAR, Basic Aptitude, English Comprehension)
3 Operations Round
