Collections Representative

Job Title: Collections Executive (1st Party Collections)

Location: Firstsource, 1st Floor, Athena Building, Near Prism Tower, Goregaon West, Mumbai 400090

Job Summary:

We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Collections Executives for a 1st Party Collections Process. The role involves interacting with existing customers to ensure timely repayment of dues while maintaining a positive customer relationship and delivering excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle outbound and inbound calls to customers for payment reminders
• Follow up on outstanding payments and negotiate repayment plans
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments
• Resolve customer queries related to billing and payments professionally
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly collection targets
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Eligibility Criteria:

• HSC passed or Graduate (Freshers & Experienced can apply)
• Good command of English (verbal and written)
• Basic computer knowledge

Skills Required:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong negotiation and convincing abilities
• Customer handling and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

Work Schedule:

• 5 Days Working with 2 Rotational Week Offs
• US Shifts (including night shifts)

Salary:

• 2 LPA to 4.5 LPA (based on experience and performance)

Transport Boundaries:

• Western Line: Churchgate to Virar
• Central Line: CST to Thane (Main City)
• Harbour Line: CST to Vashi
