Hiring: Collection Manager -State Head Collections (Noida)
Location: Noida
Working Days: 6 days/week
Experience: 810 years (min 35 years in team-handling role)
Role Overview
Lead & manage Field & Tele-Collections operations for your state! Drive recovery targets, optimize efficiency, and manage large teams with strategic & operational expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Field & Tele-Collections operations
- Drive monthly, quarterly & annual recovery targets
- Supervise Collection Managers, Team Leaders, Field Executives & Tele-callers
- Design state-level collection strategies to reduce delinquency
- Monitor productivity, allocations & dashboards daily
- Ensure compliance with company policies & regulations
- Coordinate with legal, operations & risk teams for escalations
- Conduct field visits & review meetings
- Control portfolio health, roll rates & bucket movement
- Implement training programs to improve negotiation & recovery skills
Eligibility Criteria
- 8+ years in Collections (Field + Tele-Collections)
- Experience with secured/unsecured loan portfolios
- Proven record in large team & state-level operations
- Strong knowledge of delinquency management & recovery strategies
- Excellent leadership, negotiation & stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel & reporting dashboards
