Collection Executive

About the Role: We are hiring dynamic and customer-focused professionals for an International Voice Process Collections role. The position involves handling US-based customers, ensuring timely collections while maintaining a high standard of customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:- Handle inbound and outbound collection calls for US customers

- Follow up on overdue accounts and ensure timely recovery

- Negotiate and set up payment plans

- Resolve customer queries effectively

- Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions

- Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards

- Deliver excellent customer service to enhance retention

- Work in a pilot batch (US shift) environment

Eligibility Criteria:- Experience: 1 6 years (Collections / International BPO / Customer Service preferred)

Location:- Powai (Mumbai)

Key Skills Required:- Excellent communication skills (mandatory)

- Experience in International Voice / US Process

- Strong collections & debt recovery experience

- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills

- Ability to handle customer objections and high call volumes

- Stable career history preferred

Salary & Benefits:- CTC: 4.75 5 LPA-

Transport: Company-provided cab (pick-up & drop)
