Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Co-Founder role based in Nagpur. The Co-Founder will work closely with other founding members to define the company vision, develop and refine the business model, and drive execution across product, operations, and go-to-market activities. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market and customer research, validating productmarket fit, and shaping the product roadmap. The role involves leading and supporting sales and marketing initiatives, building and maintaining key customer and partner relationships, and representing the company in external meetings, events, and investor conversations. The Co-Founder will also help establish internal processes, contribute to hiring and team building, and manage budgets and priorities to ensure sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills for clear, persuasive written and verbal interaction with team members, customers, and partners.
• Proven sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals in a competitive market.
• Marketing experience, with the ability to plan and execute campaigns, build brand awareness, and support demand generation.
• Research capabilities to gather market insights, understand customer needs, and track competitors and industry trends.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a high level of ownership, resilience, and comfort with ambiguity in an early-stage environment.
• Experience in building or scaling a startup or business unit is highly beneficial.
• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Nagpur and commit to the long-term growth and success of the venture.
