Zulton Ventures is building a multi-venture ecosystem across sectors like PropTech, EdTech, HRTech, Media, and Aerospace.

Our goal is simple: build scalable, high-impact companies that solve real Indian problems at scale.

We are looking for builders, operators, and future leaders who want to create something meaningful from ground level.

We are looking for Co-Founders across multiple verticals who can take ownership of a specific business line and drive it from zero to scale.

This is a high-responsibility role, not a designation.

You will work directly with the core team to build, execute, and grow a venture under Zulton Ventures.

• Take complete ownership of one vertical (e.g., HRTech, PropTech, EdTech, Media, etc.)
• Define strategy, execution roadmap, and growth plan
• Ensure consistent progress toward revenue and scale

• Build and manage day-to-day operations
• Solve real-time problems with practical decision-making
• Ensure timelines are met without dependency

• Hire, manage, and lead your team
• Build a strong execution-focused culture
• Ensure accountability at all levels

• Drive user acquisition, partnerships, and revenue strategies
• Experiment fast and optimize based on results
• Focus on sustainable and scalable growth

• Align with overall Zulton Ventures vision
• Work closely with marketing, tech, and HR teams
• Maintain transparent reporting and communication

• Prior startup / leadership / project ownership experience preferred
