About Minipix:

Minipix is building a vernacular-first micro-drama platform for Bharat. We believe the next wave of digital entertainment will come from Tier 2, Tier 3, and rural India, not English-speaking metro audiences.

We are looking for a Co-Founder & CPO to help build the product, team, and company from the ground up.

What You Will Own

Product Vision & Strategy: Define the long-term roadmap, translate Bharat consumer insights into product experiences, and build a habit-forming platform that drives engagement and retention.

Growth & Monetisation: Design user acquisition, engagement, and retention loops. Build gamification systems and develop monetisation models (Micro-transactions, Sachet pricing, Subscriptions, and Hybrid models). Optimise key metrics like retention, DAU, and LTV.

Product, Engineering & Design Leadership: Build and lead product, engineering, and design functions. Create lightweight, scalable products for low-end Android devices and ensure an exceptional user experience for first-time internet users.

Company Building: Participate in strategic decision-making as a co-founder, shape culture, recruit world-class talent, and act as the face of the company to raise funds from top-tier VCs.

Who You Are

Proven Consumer Product Leader: 1012+ years of PM experience, with a track record of scaling consumer mobile apps to millions of users. Backgrounds in OTT, short video, social media, gaming, or consumer internet are highly preferred.

Deep Understanding of Bharat: Strong intuition for Tier 2/3 consumer behaviour, regional content consumption patterns, multilingual audiences, and empathy for low-bandwidth/low-end device environments.

Exceptional Communicator & Storyteller: Able to communicate product vision clearly to investors, founders, and teams, translating user feedback into actionable requirements.

Founder Mindset: Comfortable with ambiguity, possessing a fierce bias for action, rapid experimentation, and a focus on outcomes over processes.
