About the Company

Aptivision Technologies is an early-stage AI-driven startup focused on building next-generation technology solutions in areas such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Large Language Models (LLMs), automation agents, bots, and intelligent workforce solutions.

We are looking for a passionate and execution-focused Co-Founder who is excited to build a company from the ground up and contribute strategically, technically, and operationally to scale the business globally.

The Role

As a Co-Founder, you will work closely with the founding team to shape the companys vision, technology roadmap, operations, investor strategy, and long-term growth. This role is ideal for someone who has experience in startup ecosystems, understands emerging AI technologies, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.

This is a founding-stage opportunity where commitment, leadership, and long-term vision are critical.

Key Responsibilities

Technology & Product Leadership

• Contribute to the architecture, development, and scaling of AI-driven platforms and products.
• Provide strategic direction in technologies related to AI, ML, LLMs, automation agents, bots, and modern software development.
• Collaborate with developers and technical teams to ensure timely execution and delivery.
• Drive innovation by identifying and implementing new product ideas and technology initiatives.

Startup Operations & Business Growth

• Support day-to-day business operations and organizational planning.
• Help define company goals, execution strategies, and growth plans.
• Participate in business decision-making, process building, and operational scaling.
• Contribute to hiring strategies and team management.

Investment & Fundraising Support

• Assist in fundraising activities, investor outreach, and strategic partnerships.
• Leverage professional networks and investor connections where applicable.
• Participate in preparing investor discussions, business plans, and growth strategies.

Team & Leadership

• Lead and mentor technical and operational teams.
• Foster a culture of ownership, innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
• Work closely with stakeholders to align business and technology objectives.

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience working in startups, entrepreneurial ventures, or fast-growing technology environments.
• Strong understanding of software development technologies and modern application ecosystems.
• Knowledge or hands-on exposure to AI, ML, LLMs, intelligent automation, AI agents, or chatbot technologies.
• Experience managing developers, engineering teams, or technical projects.
• Understanding of startup operations, business scaling, and execution challenges.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in dynamic and uncertain environments with a high level of ownership.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in fundraising, investor relations, or startup networking.
• Exposure to SaaS, HR-Tech, AI products, or enterprise technology platforms.
• Experience building products from concept to market launch.
• Existing connections within startup, investor, or technology ecosystems.
• Previous founding or co-founding experience is a plus.
