If the Cluster Manager is weak, performance drops, execution becomes inconsistent, and growth slows.
Your mandate is clear
Own and drive performance across multiple markets in Bangalore (5+ markets | 1012 properties)
- Drive occupancy and revenue across all assigned properties
- Lead and manage a large team across sales and operations
- Ensure alignment between sales outcomes and operational delivery
- Build strong local demand engines across markets
- Onboard new properties
This is not an individual contributor role. This is a large cluster ownership role with combined responsibility of sales + operations.

What you will be responsible for
Own Cluster Business
- Drive occupancy, revenue, and overall performance across all properties
- Ensure sales commitments match operational readiness
- Maintain consistency in performance across all markets
- Identify gaps and fix both demand and execution issues
Lead Large Teams Across Functions
- Manage a large team
- Drive accountability, performance, and ownership
- Set clear targets and review regularly
- Coach teams on execution, urgency, and discipline
Build & Scale Demand Across Markets
Drive strong demand through:
- Colleges and student hubs
- Local brokers and aggregators
- Referral and on-ground channels
Ensure every market has multiple strong demand sources. Avoid dependency on a single channel
Ensure Operational Excellence
- Ensure properties are ready for move-ins at all times
- Maintain service quality and consistency across properties
- Align operations with sales commitments
- Avoid last-minute issues impacting occupancy or experience
Drive Conversion & Execution Discipline
- Track leads visits conversions across markets
- Ensure strong follow-ups and closure discipline
- Reduce drop-offs and delays in the funnel
- Drive urgency across teams
Maintain Process & Performance Visibility
- Ensure accurate tracking of performance metrics
- Maintain visibility across sales and operations
- Enable structured reviews and decision-making
- Follow defined processes and playbooks
Operate with High Ownership on Ground
- Travel across multiple markets regularly
- Stay closely connected with both teams and properties
- Handle scale without drop in intensity
- Maintain high energy and responsiveness
