Position: Cluster Manager B2B School Sales

Locations

South Odisha

North & Central Odisha

West Odisha

Experience Required

• Minimum 4 years of experience in B2B Sales.
• Prior experience in School Sales/EdTech industry will be preferred.
• Strong network and relationships within the school ecosystem are highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive B2B sales of Extramarks products and solutions to schools across the assigned territory.
• Manage and lead a team to achieve business targets while contributing individually to revenue generation.
• Conduct regular field visits and meetings with Principals, Trustees, Management, and key decision-makers of schools.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with schools and channel partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence in the assigned cluster.
• Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Monitor team performance and provide guidance for effective execution.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in B2B sales.
• Proven track record in school sales or the education sector.
• Strong understanding of the local market and existing connections with schools.
• Experience in team handling along with individual target achievement.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively for field visits.
