Designation: Cluster Manager (CM)

Location: Kolkata, West Bengal

Salary: 50,000 60,000 per month (As per market standards)

Experience: 78 years


Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Cluster Leadership: Lead and manage the entire cluster's business development operations, ensuring targets are consistently met across all verticals.

B2B, CSR, PSU s Government Partnerships: Drive high-value partnerships with corporates, PSUs, and government bodies; build a strong pipeline of opportunities across all categories.

Team Management s Development: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Business

Development executives and ACMs; ensure performance accountability and continuous capability building.

Revenue Planning: Own the cluster-level revenue targets; design and execute strategies for sustained growth and partner retention.

Stakeholder Engagement: Represent STEM Learning at senior-level meetings with corporates, government officials, and PSU stakeholders.

Proposal s Presentation Leadership: Oversee the creation of high-quality proposals and ensure persuasive delivery to key decision-makers.

Funnel s Pipeline Management: Continuously monitor and review the sales/partnership funnel; ensure healthy pipeline at all stages.

Cross-functional Coordination: Ensure alignment between the cluster team, regional management, and central teams for seamless execution.

Fieldwork s Travel: Travel extensively across the cluster region for client engagement, partner visits, and team support.


What We're Looking For:

Education: MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or related fields.

Experience: 78 years in B2B Sales, CSR Fundraising, PSU engagement, and Government liaising. Prior team management experience is essential.


Skills:

Expertise in B2B, CSR, PSU, and Government liaising

Proven team handling and leadership abilities

Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

Excellent travel readiness and on-ground execution capability

CRM proficiency is an added advantage

High ownership mindset with a result-driven approach
