About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Cluster Head to lead multi-city operations for the Business AI (WhatsApp Business) program. This role demands strong leadership, strategic thinking, and execution excellence to drive revenue growth, large-scale onboarding, and operational efficiency.
You will own regional P&L, lead a 100+ field sales workforce, and play a key role in scaling business adoption across markets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Ownership
- Drive end-to-end business performance across multiple cities
- Own and deliver regional targets (visits, activations, revenue)
- Build scalable growth strategies for rapid market expansion
- Manage P&L, budgeting, and cost optimization
2. Large Team Leadership (100+ Team Size)
- Lead City Managers, Team Leaders & field sales teams
- Build strong leadership pipelines & succession planning
- Foster a high-performance, target-driven culture
- Drive hiring, onboarding, training & retention strategies
3. Performance Management & Analytics
- Track daily/weekly/monthly KPIs across regions
- Use dashboards, CRM tools & MIS for decision-making
- Identify performance gaps & execute corrective actions
- Optimize productivity per salesperson
4. Operational Excellence
- Ensure seamless onboarding & activation of businesses on WhatsApp
- Maintain SOP adherence & process standardization
- Implement quality audits & compliance checks
- Optimize field operations (routing, coverage, efficiency)
5. Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with program leaders & cross-functional teams
- Present insights, reports & strategic recommendations
- Align with training, product & operations for execution excellence
6. Expansion & Market Development
- Identify new business opportunities & untapped markets
- Drive city launches & regional expansion strategies
- Build local partnerships & strengthen ecosystem presence
Required Skills & Expertise
Qualifications
- Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred)
Experience
- 610 years in sales operations
- 35+ years in areas/multi-city leadership roles
- Experience managing 100+ field sales workforce
