Strong, validated experience in:

• Application migrations
• Re-architecture / Re-platforming
• Application refactoring

Mandatory Certifications:

• Certification: AWS Solutions Architect Professional

Client-Facing Expectations for Modernization Consultant

• The Modernization Consultant role will be client-facing and will also involve interaction with AWS stakeholders.
• The role can be considered roughly 50% technical / 50% client communication.
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong ability to handle customer conversations assertively
• Capability to identify issues, direct calls effectively, escalate appropriately, and manage communication with both customers and AWS
