Cloud & AI Engineer (AWS + RAG Systems)

Confluentis Consulting is looking for a hands-on Cloud & AI Engineer to lead the development of a secure, AWS-based AI platform with 6-10 years experience. This is a Hybrid role based in Bengaluru, supporting a US-based client.

This is an "app-down" requirement rather than "infra-up" we need someone who thrives at the intersection of application logic, Generative AI, and scalable cloud architecture.

• AI & RAG: Build RAG pipelines using Amazon Bedrock and OpenSearch (Vector DBs). Develop workflows for Text-to-SQL and document summarization using LangChain/LlamaIndex.
• AWS Infrastructure: Design secure, serverless environments (Lambda, VPC, PrivateLink, IAM) and manage Amazon RDS performance.
• Full-Stack Dev: Build robust APIs and responsive React.js interfaces featuring real-time AI streaming and feedback loops.
• Browser Integration: Develop Manifest V3 extensions (Chrome/Edge) to bring AI insights into the user's active workflow.
• AI Quality: Evaluate model performance using frameworks like Ragas/TruLens to ensure accuracy and faithfulness.
  

• Strong experience with AWS (VPC, IAM, Lambda, RDS)
• Hands-on with Amazon Bedrock / RAG systems
• Proficiency in Python (serverless development)
• Strong frontend skills in React.js and JavaScript
• Experience building APIs and scalable systems

• Cloud: Deep expertise in AWS (Lambda, RDS, IAM, Secrets Manager).
• AI/ML: Hands-on experience with Amazon Bedrock and RAG architectures.
• Backend: Advanced Python (Serverless/API development).
• Frontend: Strong React.js skills and experience with data viz (D3.js/Recharts).
• Bonus: Experience with Browser Extensions or HRIS integrations.
