Role Overview:

We are seeking a Clinic Admin Executive who can function beyond a traditional receptionist role someone who thinks like a manager, ensures smooth daily operations, and plays a key role in converting inquiries into walk-ins and loyal patients.


Key Responsibilities:

Patient Interaction & Counselling:

  • Handle incoming calls, messages, and walk-ins professionally
  • Clearly explain clinic services, treatments, and benefits
  • Build trust and guide patients toward appropriate services

Lead Conversions:

  • Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into confirmed visits
  • Maintain consistent communication with potential patients
  • Ensure maximum appointment bookings and walk-ins

Clinic Operations Management:

  • Manage appointments, scheduling, and patient flow efficiently
  • Coordinate between doctors, therapists, and patients
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the clinic

Front Desk & Administrative Tasks:

  • Maintain patient records and basic documentation
  • Handle billing, payments, and reports if required
  • Ensure clinic environment is organized and welcoming

Ownership & Accountability:

  • Take responsibility for daily performance and outcomes
  • Identify gaps and improve processes proactively


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to convince, guide, and convert patients
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Basic computer knowledge (calls, WhatsApp, scheduling tools)
  • Prior experience in clinic, hospital, wellness center, or sales/admin roles preferred
