Client Support Executive


US Shift - 06:00 PM - 03:00 AM


Work location- Erode.


We will provide accommodation for outstation candidates.


Responsibilities:


  • Fluency in English communication
  • Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat for software-related queries
  • Troubleshoot issues and guide customers on product usage
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions with a sales-oriented approach
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate software solutions or upgrades
  • Upsell and cross-sell products/services to existing and potential customers
  • Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems
  • Manage and track support and sales pipelines
  • Follow up on leads, inquiries, and pending issues
  • Collaborate with technical and sales teams for issue resolution and conversions
  • Experience in SaaS or software product support is an added advantage.
  • Exposure to international (US) customers
