Job Description
Client Support Executive
US Shift - 06:00 PM - 03:00 AM
Work location- Erode.
We will provide accommodation for outstation candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Fluency in English communication
- Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat for software-related queries
- Troubleshoot issues and guide customers on product usage
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions with a sales-oriented approach
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate software solutions or upgrades
- Upsell and cross-sell products/services to existing and potential customers
- Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems
- Manage and track support and sales pipelines
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and pending issues
- Collaborate with technical and sales teams for issue resolution and conversions
- Experience in SaaS or software product support is an added advantage.
- Exposure to international (US) customers
