We're Hiring: Client Account Manager India Staffing

Location: Chennai (Valasaravakkam)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow client accounts for India Staffing requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Understand client hiring needs and coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure timely closures.
• Drive end-to-end account management, including requirement gathering, delivery tracking, and client communication.
• Monitor recruitment metrics, SLAs, and hiring progress.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, offer management, and onboarding activities.
• Resolve client escalations and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
• Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve hiring targets.

Required Skills

• 38 years of experience in India Staffing or IT Staffing.
• Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in account management and recruitment delivery.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Good understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and staffing processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with IT services, GCCs, or product-based clients.
• Immediate joiners or candidates currently serving their notice period are preferred.
