Who Were Looking For:


A driven, hands-on professional with 3+ years of relevant experience (agency or media background, ideally in advertising) who can juggle the chaos of multiple campaigns and keep clients smiling along the way. More importantly, we need someone to champion our Meta Badge Partner status youll lean into that association to advise clients on best practices, add a touch of credibility in pitches, and stand as a key point for all Meta-related campaigns. If you know how to maintain and maximize that partnership, youre our person.


Key Responsibilities:


Client Relationships & Communication

  • Act as the primary liaison between Ronin Labs and our clientsthink of yourself as both brand ambassador and guardian angel.
  • Maintain warm, ongoing conversations with clients to understand their evolving needs, present ideas, and keep them looped in on progress.


Strategic & Creative Collaboration

  • Work hand-in-hand with our creative and strategy teams to transform bold ideas into clear action points.
  • Brainstorm, plan, and pitch compelling solutions that bridge the gap between creativity and tech innovation.


Project Planning & Management

  • Create and maintain project timelines, workloads, and resource allocation, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
  • Use digital tools (project management platforms, Gantt charts, productivity appswhatever helps keep track of it all) like a pro.


Proposal Development & Deal Closure

  • Contribute to creating persuasive proposals and presentations that wow potential clients.
  • Dive into client negotiations, budget discussions, and contract finalizations to help clinch the deal.


Knowledge of Digital Platforms & Trends

  • Familiarity with Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and a knack for leveraging social platforms is a big plus.
  • Stay updated on emerging digital/tech trends that can influence our clients advertising and marketing strategies.


Workflow Leadership

  • Motivate and guide cross-functional teamsthink designers, developers, and strategiststo ensure everyones aligned on goals and deadlines.
  • Own your projects. If something needs doing, youll figure it out or find someone who can.


Analytics & Reporting

  • Collaborate on campaign performance reports; interpret the data to help clients understand results and next steps.
  • Suggest optimizations for ongoing or future campaigns based on your learningsbecause good data leads to better decisions.


Innovation & Growth Mindset

  • Bring fresh ideas to the tablewhether its trying a new tool, harnessing VR/AR, or applying interactive storytelling to solve client challenges.
  • Look for new ways to partner with existing clients or break into new markets.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: 3-5 years in a client services/account management role in an ad agency, media house, or relevant startup.
  • Industry Understanding: Strong pulse on the advertising and digital marketing landscapebonus points if youve worked with emerging technologies.
  • Communication: Stellar written and verbal skills; you can present ideas confidently and clearly.
  • Project Management: Adept at planning, coordinating workloads, and juggling multiple deadlines. Knowledge of digital tools/software (e.g., Trello, Asana, Monday.com) is a plus.
  • Tech & Social Savvy: Familiarity with major platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.); comfortable learning new tech if it helps the team crush it.
  • People Person: Youve got the charm and empathy to keep clients happy, and the leadership mojo to rally internal teams toward a shared vision.
  • Sales Mindset: You know how to support proposal creation, pricing discussions, and pitch presentations that seal the deal.
