Client Servicing Manager

We are looking for a Client Servicing Manager to act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of branding, website development, and SEO, along with the ability to manage relationships, drive project execution, and ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams (design, development, SEO, content).
• Understand client business goals and translate them into actionable digital strategies.
• Manage end-to-end project execution for branding, website development, and SEO campaigns.
• Coordinate with creative, tech, and marketing teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets.
• Present strategies, reports, and performance insights to clients.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and long-term relationship building.
• Handle client feedback, resolve issues, and manage expectations effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a digital agency or similar environment.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Branding and identity development
• Website design and development processes (UI/UX, CMS platforms, basic tech understanding)
• SEO fundamentals (on-page, off-page, technical basics)
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to understand data and present performance reports.
