Job Title: Client Servicing Manager Integrated Media

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 57 Years (Agency experience mandatory)


Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and client-focused Client Servicing Manager Integrated Media to manage key client relationships and drive seamless execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, media, creative, and performance verticals.

The ideal candidate should possess strong stakeholder management skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to deliver impactful campaigns aligned with client business objectives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and manage day-to-day communication and relationship building
  • Understand client business goals and translate them into integrated marketing solutions
  • Coordinate with internal teams including creative, media, strategy, social, influencer, and performance marketing for campaign execution
  • Ensure timely delivery of campaigns while maintaining quality and client satisfaction
  • Lead campaign discussions, status meetings, reviews, and presentations with clients
  • Drive campaign planning, execution tracking, and reporting across multiple channels
  • Identify opportunities for business growth, upselling, and cross-selling services
  • Collaborate closely with business and strategy teams for new pitches and proposals
  • Manage client expectations, troubleshoot issues proactively, and ensure smooth project flow
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations

  • Ability to manage multiple brands/accounts in a fast-paced agency environment
  • Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities
  • Good understanding of social media, media planning, performance marketing, and influencer ecosystem
  • Highly organized with strong attention to timelines and execution
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
